Jim Fazio, LMT, CSI, UTP, was a multi-disciplinary Neuromuscular and Myofascial Therapist and the owner of Integrative Bodywork, Inc in Rockledge, Florida. He was in private practice for over 26 years.
Highly skilled in a hands-on therapeutic approach with a true intention to heal others, Jim dedicated his life to the healing arts. Filled with an abundance of love, joy, and passion for his friends and family, one of Jim’s goals was to ensure we felt loved, supported, and understood.
We are eternally grateful for this special gift. Jim touched and changed many lives over the years and his legacy lives within those he helped and treated in his practice. Jim led a truly meaningful life.
A serious seeker, Jim represented a rare breed of therapists that addressed the biopsychosocial components of neuromuscular pain, trauma, and anxiety and supported those that are on the spiritual quest.
The cornerstone of Jim’s work – Unified Therapy™ – utilizes a comprehensive, interactive body~mind~brain approach that incorporates multiple techniques based on a variety of therapies that promotes physiological and psychological healing. Jim brought both personal experience and clinical knowledge to his work as a Unified Therapy™ Practitioner.
Jim had a wealth of clinical experience in a variety of medical settings including pain management, neurology, internal medicine, physical therapy, chiropractic, psychology, and a hospital-based fitness center.
He specialized in treating people who have not been receptive to traditional and alternative pain therapies and successfully treated not only acute musculoskeletal conditions, but he was experienced and had extensive knowledge in treating the effects of:
Myofascial Pain- Comorbid Conditions
- PTSD
- Anxiety & Panic Attacks
- Digestive & Sleep Disorders
- Chronic/Repetitive Injuries
Adept in collaboration, Jim worked in tandem with physicians and other healthcare providers to add to their patients’ treatment plans. He provided additional approaches and resources for their patients so they may respond easier to their continued care.

Dr Paul J Canali, the founder of Unified Therapy™, of the Evolutionary Healing Institute in Miami, has been involved in the study of the human condition for over 30 years. He was a pioneer in the biopsychosocial model of disease and suffering and the intergenerational effects of toxic stress and trauma and how it affects the brain and body.
A true pioneer in brain-body medicine, he is considered to be one of the most experienced Physician Healers alive today. Physician-Healer is a physician who is well-versed in the mind, science, and psychology of human beings, but also has developed something else – an intuitive skill that expands the ability to heal suffering.
His discovery of the Homeostatic Healing Reflex and a Unified Theory of Healing Therapies has proven to be the most effective tool for healing toxic stress, trauma, and chronic pain.

Dr Paul periodically joined Jim in Rockledge for Healing Weekends, working with Integrative Bodywork clients. Barbara Lempereur, BS, UTP, brings over 21 years of healing experience as a Reiki Master, Yuen Energetics practitioner, and Unified Therapy™ Instructor and Practitioner. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Kaplan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
Barbara is passionate about helping people to heal holistically by identifying the mind-body connection. A devoted student of life, she is always learning new ways to heal, connect, and rebalance.
She studied Unified Therapy™ under Dr Paul Canali, the founder of Unified Therapy™ and worked as a Therapist at the Evolutionary Healing Institute since 2011. Barbara became a Unified Therapy™ Healing Instructor in 2017.
Now located in Beaufort, SC, Barbara has her own healing practice and continues to collaborate with Dr Paul along with local healers and practitioners.
Barbara and Jim collaborated and worked together for many years, and Jim received Unified Therapy™ sessions from Barbara both in person and remotely. We highly recommend Barbara to any of our clients who would like to continue their Unified Therapy™ sessions. Several of Jim’s clients are already working with Barbara.

Mary P Parker, Office Manager and Webmaster at Integrative Bodywork, provided services through her business, Computer Management Corporation. She is a dedicated, detailed, and passionate free-lance consultant who understands the challenges of running a business and the wide-ranging responsibilities of operational organization. Mary is passionate about using and developing technology as a business tool to communicate, educate, and streamline processes.
As a client of, and having worked with Jim for 14 years, Mary handled accounting, operational, social media, and communication services for Jim and Integrative Bodywork. She is our webmaster, produced our educational videos and CD/DVDs, and managed our newsletters. Mary also designed our unique client educational materials such as brochures, rack cards, handouts, intake forms and workshop presentations.
In 2012, Mary became the webmaster for Dr Paul’s website, produces his newsletters, and creates the slide presentations and workbooks for the Healing Weekend Workshops.
Mary has over 40 years marketing/design and business organizational experience and was an executive officer for a local bank for 16 years. She attended Plymouth State University in New Hampshire and graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology.
